손빠르미(이하 “확장 프로그램”)는 사용자가 마우스로 한 동작에 키보드 단축키가 있으면 그 단축키를 알려 주는 크롬 확장 프로그램으로, 소셜프리즘(이하 “운영자”)이 만들고 운영합니다. 이 방침은 확장 프로그램이 어떤 정보를 다루고 어떻게 보관하는지 설명합니다.
확장 프로그램은 다음 사이트에서만 작동합니다: 유튜브(www.youtube.com), Gmail(mail.google.com), 구글 캘린더(calendar.google.com), 구글 드라이브(drive.google.com), 구글 문서·시트·슬라이드(docs.google.com).

chrome.storage.local)에만 저장됩니다.chrome.storage.sync)를 통해 같은 구글 계정으로 로그인한 사용자의 다른 기기와 맞춰질 수 있습니다. 이 동기화는 구글 크롬 기능이며, 운영자는 그 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.확장 프로그램은 어떤 정보도 운영자나 제3자의 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 정보를 판매하거나 공유하지 않으며, 광고나 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.
팝업의 의견 보내기는 사용자가 고른 의견 종류, 사이트 이름, 직접 적은 말, 버전 정보(손빠르미·크롬 버전, 운영체제, 화면 언어)와, 사용자가 고른 경우 최근 동작 10개와 알아보지 못한 버튼 상위 10개(이름과 횟수)를 보여 주고 새 탭에 그 내용이 채워진 Gmail 편지쓰기 창(받는 사람 ehsheh@gmail.com)을 엽니다(클립보드에도 복사). 내용은 편지쓰기 창을 여는 주소에 실리므로 크롬 방문 기록에도 남습니다. 확장 프로그램이 직접 보내는 것은 없으며, 사용자가 확인하고 보낼 때만 운영자에게 전달됩니다. 이때 운영자는 메일 내용과 보낸 사람의 메일 주소를 받게 되며, 이를 문제를 고치고 답장하는 데에만 씁니다. 보낸 메일을 지워 달라고 요청하면 바로 지웁니다.
기록은 단축키를 알려 줄 때와 알리지 않을 때를 정하고(예: 이미 익힌 단축키는 알리지 않음), 팝업에서 사용자가 자신의 기록을 볼 수 있게 하는 데에만 사용합니다. 알아보지 못한 버튼 기록은 사용자가 의견 보내기에 넣기로 고를 때만 메일 내용에 들어갑니다.
이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 바뀐 내용과 시행일을 알립니다.
손빠르미는 구글이나 유튜브가 만들거나 보증한 프로그램이 아닙니다. YouTube, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar는 Google LLC의 상표입니다.

Quickhand is a Chrome extension, made and run by 소셜프리즘 (Socialprism), that shows the keyboard shortcut for an action you just did with the mouse. It works only on YouTube, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
What it records: the name of the action (for example “Bold”, taken from the button’s label), whether it was done with the mouse or a shortcut, counts and dates, the time and outcome of the last 10 actions, the names of buttons and menu items Quickhand didn’t recognize with how often and when they were last clicked (up to 50; never links, mail or file lists, document or sheet content, comments, or names with an email address or over 40 characters), and your settings.
What it does not record: anything you type, the content of documents, mail, events or videos, the addresses (URLs) you visit, or any personal identifiers.
Where it is kept: records stay on your device in Chrome’s extension storage. Only your settings may be synced by Chrome to your other devices signed in to the same Google account.
Sharing: nothing is sent to us or any third party. No data is sold or shared, and no advertising or analytics tools are used.
Feedback: the popup’s Send feedback shows the kind of feedback, the site, your own words, version details (Quickhand and Chrome versions, operating system, UI language) and, if you choose, your last 10 actions and the top 10 buttons Quickhand didn’t recognize (names and counts), and opens Gmail’s compose window to ehsheh@gmail.com in a new tab with that text filled in (it is also copied to the clipboard). The text rides in the address that opens the window, so it also appears in Chrome’s history. The extension sends nothing itself; we get it only if you check it and send it. We then receive the message and your email address, and use them only to fix problems and reply. Ask us and we will delete your message right away.
Your control: view your records from the toolbar icon › View saved records, and delete them at any time with Delete all records. Removing the extension also removes its stored records.
